This annual event is attended by people all over SW Florida ... not just a rummage sale, or even a garage sale ... this crazy affair is a time to meet and greet old friends as well as make new ones!

You won't believe the great deals you can find and if you just come to people watch it is well worth the price of admission ... which is FREE! One year I saw someone going from yard to yard on a pogo stick ... you just have to see it for yourself ... LOL!

Be sure to get your registration form in on time ( January 22nd 2011 is the deadline) ... you can find the form by just clicking HERE ... print it out then return to Christopher Realty or drop it into the Black Lock Box next to the front doors at the Community Center
